Meet Sam Werleman
Real estate has always been part of my life. I grew up in a family that owned and ran successful agencies, so I’ve been surrounded by the property market for as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve bought and sold my own homes and investment properties, and I learned firsthand how challenging and competitive the process can be for buyers.
I also saw something important, while real estate agents work solely for the seller, buyers are often left without dedicated support in one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. That’s why I started Werleman Buyers Agents: to give buyers the representation, guidance, and confidence they deserve.
With over 15 years of negotiation experience spanning both corporate environments and property transactions, I bring a calm, strategic approach and deep market insight to ensure every purchase is positioned for success. My role is to protect your interests, provide clarity at every stage, and help you secure the right property at the right price and on the right terms.
